The ethos of Dymott Builders includes a strong commitment to investment in education throughout the community. To this end the firm acts in partnership with local schools on a programme of work experience and long-term student placements to introduce young people to full-time employment.

In many cases these placements have led to specific long-term work and apprenticeships for the students. In addition, Dymott Builders' invest heavily in a continuous and structured training programme, in conjunction with the CITB, to improve the qualifications and capabilities of all our direct and indirect employees.

As a result of this commitment, Dymott Builders was presented with the East Oxfordshire Education Business Partnership Award for Investors in Education in both 2003 and 2006.
